My turn to post

Apparently Agapito wants me to post updates for him, as he has bigger fish to fry right now, not to mention the fact that I'm the one supervising all the post-production work! Jeremy is working, whenever he can, on the new and improved explosion sequence. It will involve a more complex camera move around a fully 3D environment, using one or two 3D human models being blown away... yeah, Wow. Tons of work, but it will be well worth it. I will be refining bullet-hit effects and other squibs, as well as creating a fully surround-sound audio mix for foley and sound effects. Oh, I'll actually be doing a proper color-correction pass this time around as well. Miriam will be creating an original score, which we may keep synth, or have her Dad's students record for us at USC (we'll see how likely that is as we get closer to the director's cut picture lock). If you have any burning questions, or want to contribute creatively somehow, please send your suggestions to Agapito so he can filter through them before they get to me. Thanks!

Official entry version finished, Unofficial HD Online just begun!

Ok, so this contest ended months ago, but it seemed important to officially announce it. And though nobody will be interested to see the HD Online we're in process of doing, it also seems important to announce it... There you go... Stay tuned...?

WARDROBE

Hey everybody, we wanted to make it clear again that extras, featured extras and principle players are responsible for providing their own wardrobe.
To achieve a smooth and cohesive look (like every organized crime group does) we have posted pictures that should give a general idea of the type of thugs we need you to look like. We would like all thugs to have a shirt of a DARK color. Not white. Not gray. Not yellow or orange. If you don't own any other type of collared, button-up shirt then let us know. Otherwise, grab something dark blue, black, or red.
We also need you to wear dark slacks (preferably black), and possibly a matching jacket. You do not have to wear a jacket, but you'll look a lot cooler with one. We will
not be applying blood or any other stage makeup effects, but please try to wear something washable as you may get dirty on Friday and need to wash it for Saturday. Please wear nice, comfortable shoes. Again, they may get dirt on them. Your clothes do not need to be as tight a fit as the models pictured. It can be a little loose, even baggy.

HAIR: you don't need to cut your hair for this project. In fact, please do not cut it, just style it as best you can. We don't need you to look like you're going to the Prom, but we DO need you to look like your appearance is calculated and dangerous. As always, if you have questions, just ask me or Seth.

Update JUNE 8th

Hello cast and crew! Here's the latest update for production:

Due to a change in shooting location we have needed to make some changes to the screenplay :(
We have completed the shot list! :)
We not been able to schedule our original propmaster :(
We have our own props now! :)
We lost the exotic vehicle we were going to use :(
We didn't need it in the first place! :)

To sum up:
We have taken two steps back, but three steps forward, and we're on track to shoot at a construction site in Murray, barring any changes. As always, if you have any questions call Seth.
